Personalized Black Faced Silver Pocket Watch

Personalized Black Faced Silver Plated Pocket Watch

I simply love the style of a pocket watch.  Granted, it’s not something that he’ll take with him every single day.  But for those dress up occasions, it’s an awesome thing to have.

For my money, you can’t beat this handsome silver plated pocket watch that opens to reveal a handsome black face.  Personalize it with his initials to make it extra special.

Trendy Tie-Dyed Pieces That Don’t Look Like You Made Them At Summer Camp

Posted by pattyramos on June 29th, 2009

What is it about tie-dye that seems to just ooze summer spirit? I don’t know if it’s the bright colors or the fond memories of wringing out freshly-dipped t-shirts on the backyard lawn, but I was always secretly rooting for a tie-dye comeback that didn’t look too homemade or too hippie. As if the almighty trendsetters read my mind (it’s about time!), tie-dye has been sprouting up all over the place — high-end and affordable retailers alike — in every place imaginable, from shoes to shades! While stereotypically the print has always been associated with peace signs, flower children, and campy arts and crafts, this season it’s keeping it casual with thong sandals and dressing it up in the form of sexy minidresses .

Hoteles Marquis Los Cabos: Defining Upscale in a Resort Town

A basic trip to Los Cabos , Mexico implies a large hotel room with a view of the beach . Within minutes of putting your bathing suit on, you’ll have sand between your toes. This sort of baseline can make it tough for a hotel to stand out

First Jackson Auction Drop in the Bucket, But Higher Than Expected

Posted by pattyramos on June 28th, 2009

In what is likely to be the first of several auctions, Michael Jackson’s estimated $500 million debt was chipped away by $205,000. This is far ahead of the initial estimates of $10,000 to $12,000 , showing signs of life in at least one corner of the auction market today. The auction was not a knee-jerk reaction to the entertainer’s death, as it had been scheduled prior to his demise.

McQueen Knuckle Duster Patent Leather Clutch, Handbag of the Day

Posted by pattyramos on June 28th, 2009

I’ve never considered a handbag could double as a self-defense mechanism, unless it had a brick inside or something equally heavy, but Alexander McQueen’s Knuckle Duster Patent Leather Clutch would certainly bring more than a slap to an unwelcome visitor’s body. Accenting the top ridge of this richly covered bag are skull and crystal rings in dark colors adding a subtle bit of glamour. The bag does feature more than protective embellishments such as a clasp closure, metal frame and leather lining.
