Forbes has named Fleur de Lys the most expensive estate in the West. The luxurious Beverly Hills, California estate is currently on the market for $125 million and is modeled after Louis XIV’s palace at Versailles. On the market since late 2007, the Fleur de Lys property is tempting with its 45,000 square feet of living space, 50 seat screening room and a library overflowing with first editions.
